CONTEXT
The homeowner approached us with the intention of renting the space out. Thus, we set out with a simple and clean palette that the tenant would be able to work with if they wish to add more furniture to customize their home and showcase their personality.
Elevated slightly from the corridor, windows facing the access balcony allow light and wind to enter while still preserving the privacy of its occupants.

There is beauty in nature. The timeless allure of marble in the living room adds style to the interior and transmit a sense of luxury as well as comfort.
The parquet flooring in the bedroom is another treasure that when combined with marble creates a beautiful juxtaposition of warmth and coolness.
The kitchen was in a state of disrepair. What greeted us were signs of neglect and multiple cockroaches, both dead and alive. The hacker appeared unperturbed by these tiny tenants and continues to tear down the cabinets with ease.
Electrical trunking has been stripped and hooks left by the previous tenant will be removed in preparation for plastering.
